    ZN-5111 AZ is a liquid brightener, formulated to produce brilliant deposits for both barrel and rack operations. Throwing and covering power is excellent. Zinc plated parts can easily be chromated. Due to the variable metal and cyanide content of the solution, it may be used over a wide range of operating conditions.

    ZN-5111 AZ contains no aldehydes a fact, which allows the plater to use higher than normal operating temperatures (up to 40”ĘC). Its brilliant deposits and its economy make it the outstanding cyanide zinc brightener

    ZN-686 is an economical brightener process for depositing brilliant, level, ductile zinc deposits from Potassium or Ammonium chloride based acid zinc solutions.

    It exhibits excellent throwing and covering power and it is suitable for use on both rack and barrel plating over a wide range of zinc metal contents and current density.

    ZN-686 deposits readily accept all trivalent Blue and Yellow chromate post treatment.

    The ZN-438 process is a non-cyanide plating system for rack and barrel plating. ZN-438 produces uniform bright and fine-grained deposits with excellent uniform thickness distributions over the total current density and temperature ranges up to 35”ĘC. Since iron poses no problem in the solution, all equipment from regular cyanide zinc plating can be used for the process. Zinc plated parts can easily be chromated and passivated. Zinc deposits achieved in ZN-438 process are extremely ductile, this process has special applications for parts which must be later on bent, formed, or welded.

    KM Top Shine Nickel is a bright nickel process which produces fully bright, ductile, well levelled nickel deposits. The process distinguishes by a very good throwing power, and the deposits can be easily chromium plated.

    KM Top Shine Nickel is developed for both rack & barrel plating.

    NI 2600 is a bright nickel process, which is especially developed for rack plating.

    NI 2600 produces fully bright, ductile, excellent levelled nickel deposits. The process distinguishes by a very good throwing power, and the deposits can be easily chromium plated. This Type for high speed plating nickel.

    KM CU 80 bright cyanide copper plating process produces smooth and bright deposits. The deposits are exceptionally bright and give good corrosion protection. The process provides good metal distribution and permits to operate at higher current density.

    The KM CU 80 deposit does not require activation in the processing cycle between copper and subsequent nickel plating operations. The following benefits can be obtained from the use of the KM CU 80 process.

    The Sparkle AC 77 produces extremely bright copper deposits from an acid sulphate bath. It shows excellent leveling, coupled with good throwing power. Copper deposits from Sparkle AC 77 are ductile and extremely bright, with low internal stresses and good corrosion resistance. Sparkle AC 77 is specially designed for POP, Steel and Zinc Die-cast material. When operate at higher temperature, it will not loss brightness at low current area. The plating speed for Sparkle AC 77 is around 1 micron per minute at 4.5 amp/dm2

    The Sparkle AC 70 is a new highly stable, two pack bright acid copper plating process for printing cylinder, its produces extremely bright ,levelling and ductility copper deposits and maintaining constant hardness values.(180~240 Vickers).

    KM CR-308 is a single additive, highly efficient bright decorative chrome plating provides excellent throwing power within a wide range of operating current densities.

    KM CR-308 produces a crack free chromate deposit and is suitable to plate on ABS in POP process, furniture and hardware parts.

    CR 1350 is a hard chrome plating solution with a high cathodic current efficiency and a good throwing power. The CR 1350 solution has no appreciable corrosive effect upon iron and steel and is thus particularly suitable for the partial plating of intricate or hollow components where complete stopping off is difficult and unplated areas remote from the anodes are exposed to the chromium plating solution.

    CR 1350 is fluorides free. The current efficiency is approximately 25%.

    Bright Silver AG is cyanide-containing process for decorative and functional plating yields a mirror bright silver deposit. The process is designed for barrel and rack plating.

    Bright Tin 918 is a stable levelling, bright acid tin plating process that produces brilliant tin electrodeposits exhibiting excellent solderability. Bright TinN 918 baths operate over a wide concentration permitting highly economical deposition from baths with low tin metal content. Bright Tin 918 baths are maintained with only one brightener additive, eliminating the need to juggle and balance brighteners. Bright Tin 918 additives are bath stable and are consumed on an ampere-hour basis.

    Bright Tin 918 process is extremely simple to control, requiring only a fraction of the lab and analysis time needed by competitive systems.
